Who We Are

Built in a crisis.
Sustained by community.

Holistic Wellbeing Hub CIC was born during the 2020 lockdown as a grassroots food-bank response in South London. What started as meeting urgent needs grew into something bigger — a trusted community infrastructure where men, young people and families can connect, grow and rise together.

Today, HWH delivers evidence-informed wellbeing programmes across eight dimensions of health — emotional, physical, social, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, financial and environmental. Every programme is designed to meet men where they are, without judgement and without ego.

We are not just a service. We are a grassroots ecosystem supporting safer communities, stronger families and better futures.

"No egos. No judgement. Real people. Real support. Real growth."

Every HWH programme is benefit-driven, safeguarding-led and community-rooted. Pick the door that feels right for you — or come in through all of them.

Talk 2 A Brother

Men's Peer Support Network · T2AB

Feel heard. Feel supported. Feel seen. Stop carrying it alone.

T2AB is a peer-led men’s wellbeing ecosystem — real conversations about real life. Whether you’re navigating fatherhood, relationships, work, business, fitness, or mental health, you’ll find brothers here who get it. No scripts. No judgement. Just men showing up for each other. Our WhatsApp brotherhood helps men stay connected, disciplined and level up together.

Forge Friday

Men's Group · Every Other Friday · T2AB

A dedicated space to think, reset and grow with other men.

Every other Friday, men gather to talk, reflect and be challenged — in the best way. Forge Friday is our first-of-its-kind men’s experience combining jiu-jitsu open mat, breathwork and man-cave circles into one transformative brotherhood space. Men come to train, release pressure and be forged through discipline, reflection and real connection.

Grapple Warriors

Father & Son Jiu-Jitsu · Ages 5–17

Bond on the mat. Build character off it.

The UK’s only year-long intergenerational Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme, created to strengthen bonds between boys and their male role models. Father figures and sons train together, grow together and learn the language of respect, resilience and responsibility. Reducing anti-social behaviour while developing discipline, confidence and transferable life skills.

Roll-Models™

Gold Standard Coaching & Mentoring · For Organisations

Trusted coaches, speakers and mentors. Quality-assured delivery. Measurable impact.

Roll-Models™ Gold Standard Service is HWH’s safeguarding-first workforce development and deployment system. We prepare, quality-assure and place culturally competent role models to deliver mentoring, movement and enrichment into schools, youth settings and community organisations. Stop worrying about compliance — we’ve done it for you.

After School Clubs

Roll-Models Framework · Schools

Build confidence, focus and character after the bell.

Our Roll-Models-powered after-school clubs bring a structured introduction to jiu jitsu, martial arts and character development into school settings. Young people develop discipline, problem-solving, communication and resilience — skills that carry from the mat straight into the classroom and beyond.

Triple M Camp

Youth Holiday Enrichment: Martial Arts • Motivation • Mindset

Send them away as a child. Watch them return as a leader.

Triple M Camp is HWH’s flagship holiday enrichment programme for young people — built around three pillars: Martial Arts, Motivation and Mindset. Structured, safe and seriously impactful, this is the programme parents and guardians say changed something in their child. Spaces are limited and fill fast.

Signature Men's Events

Brotherhood. Movement. Conversation.

Premium events combining martial arts, movement, real conversations and dining.

First-of-its-kind events designed for men’s wellbeing, connection and performance. Perfect for gyms, organisations and community spaces marking key dates like International Men’s Day, Father’s Day and team-building experiences.

T2AB Personal M.O.T

Check in. Reset. Level up.

Book a 20 or 45-minute call or meet-up to reflect, reset and move forward with clarity.

Real Voices

Don't take our word for it.

Training with my son every week has changed our relationship. We talk more, we laugh more, and he respects me differently — not because I made him, but because we earned it together on the mat.

Marcus T. Father, Grapple Warriors — 2 years

I was carrying so much — work, relationships, just feeling lost. Forge Friday gives me space to be vulnerable without judgment. These brothers have my back. I've learned I don't have to pretend I have it all together.

James K. Talk 2 A Brother — 18 months

My son came back from the after-school club different. More confident, more focused, more respectful. Whatever they're doing in those sessions, it works. He can't wait to go back.
